Hi both,
just for clarity - I definitely have a legal right of access across Barrett's land for an electricity supply. This is something that I'm 100% certain about. Our solicitor double checked it for me when I contacted her a few weeks back. I guess it's the quickest, cheapest and simplest option we're after - whatever that is. With access across Barret's land our legal right, then all options are open.
