new developments on payments

well lots happening ,and most of it good !

this quote from iain ,along with a copy of the form ,

Hi

For your records here is what I will hand in, they may need to scribble on it about the payment arrangements. My reckoning is that it has the plan/quote code on it which shows 3 domestic supplies, and they will receive 3 payments so it should be clear, but I'll check if there is anything else they need and if so if they can do it by email. Don't want them sending me 3 leccy bills either ;-) They should have enough info from all of us by now.

Update later

Iain

then this ...

Slight fun & games as Martyn had a flat tyre on way to work and was delayed, however saw a young lady (Crystal I think) who would have received the file next anyway.

I have a receipt for the cheques, they won't give receipt for the BACS tarnsfer until the money hits.

She noted down the 3 properties/surnames so we should be okay on that front.

then this!....

Matt

Just to update you that the quote acceptance form was received this morning along with cheques and a BACS transfer from yesterday - so that side is complete.

Can you please check on the "way leave" situation and if not received yet chase and also let us know so we may apply some pressure from our side in addition.

Many thanks

Iain, Billy, Robert

then from matt ..

Regards,

then iain to matt..

Thanks you for that information Matt.

In case you did not know, the situation we have is once Templewood are connected then the rest of us are effectively without power from that point on. Difficult situation for all, and especially those with children.

Appreciate your issues also, however we are very focussed on having the trenching done in pretty much the same timescales as the Templewood trenching.

If there is an opportunity to maximise the effectiveness of your guys and reduce the number of visits to the site to all of our benefit then clearly we'd want to do that.

Might you be able to set out the must have dates so we can ensure our contractor will meet them?

iain

so thats the payments and permits sorted ..
