update, another busy day.
Gary spoke with Matt, re some options on cabling etc, he seemed to be talking about going round the front for Billy, which did not sound good.
Spoke with Billy, and result is he managed to arrange to have Matt come out at 9am Tuesday.
Gary & I had a quick look round your place. Due to oil tank, greenhouse etc it does not look possible to route through there, so we'll have to look at what other options come up.

ReplyDeletegood that matt is coming out ,could you let him know ,that i am fine with
a single spur coming to our houses ,and perhaps an external box on the
wall with the meter in .if all this is possible it would reduce our
trenching by 50 %.
the green house can be moved without to much problem , except that the
parts in it need to wrapped in tarps or something to keep them dry
,perhaps stacked on the concrete where the picnic table is ? then the
green house can just be picked up and carried over to another part of the
garden , i could get catherine over with the car keys to unlock the car
and that can be pushed out of the way ,the batery is at present
disconnected .
the thuoght occured to me ,that , if a trench was dug under the green
house on its way to billys , and we came across the original power cables
,would it be feasable to connect the new cable to the old ones and then
simply change meters in the houses ?
